EXPERIENCE
Roberta Cristina Paganini Toledo holds a Ph.D. in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC/SP) and a Master’s degree in Comparative Civil Law from the same institution. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Instituição Toledo de Ensino (ITE).
She served as Dean of the Centro Universitário de Bauru – Instituição Toledo de Ensino (ITE) and as Academic Coordinator of the Master’s and Doctoral Program – Constitutional System for the Protection of Rights – at the Centro Universitário de Bauru – Instituição Toledo de Ensino (ITE). She is a Researcher at the Research Center for Global Governance at the University of Salamanca and a Visiting Professor in the Medical School at the Albert Einstein Israeli Faculty of Health Sciences, as well as a Visiting Professor in the Lato Sensu Graduate Program in Bioethics at the Albert Einstein Israeli Institute for Education and Research and in the Master’s Program in Health Education at the same institution. She also serves as Director of International Relations and as Director of the Journal of the São Paulo Lawyers’ Institute.
Roberta is coauthor of several articles, including: “The Impact of the Social Function on the Expansion of Mediation and Conciliation Conducted by Notary and Registry Services” (2025), “Urban Regularization and Roof Rights (‘Direito de Laje’): Property and Housing Guarantees” (2024), “The Right to Housing and Vulnerability: Considerations on the Effects of COVID-19 and the Argument of Breach of Fundamental Precept No. 828” (2022); “The Right to Life and Dignified Death – COVID-19 Pandemic” (2021) and “The Importance of Transparency and the Principle of Publicity for Good Governance and Combating Fake News During the Pandemic and Enhancing Good Administration” (2020).
