In the litigation area, we carry out individual and collective consumer lawsuits, as well as administrative procedures and civil investigations promoted by the Consumer Protection and Defense Foundation (PROCON), Consumer Defense Associations and Institutes, the Public Prosecutor’s Office, the Public Defender’s Office, and other legal entities.
