Eduardo Siqueira Ruzene

Eduardo is a Specialist in Civil Procedural Law from USP and a Master’s student in the Diffuse and Collective Rights section at PUC-SP. He has accumulated more than two decades of expertise in Strategic Litigation, covering a wide range of market sectors. Since 2017, he has played a fundamental role at Tortoro Madureira & Ragazzi Advogados, coordinating teams in the Civil Litigation of Special Actions and Strategic Matters.

As a member of highly specialized teams, Eduardo has been instrumental in developing highly effective internal processes. It sponsors actions on behalf of large national and international companies in the technology and banking sectors, contributing significantly to achieving positive results.

His experience also covers acting as a lawyer and portfolio manager for public civil actions, high-risk consumer actions, disputes arising from real estate transactions, credit recovery, and disputes involving fines from the Public Authorities, among others.
