Gabriel has more than 15 years of legal experience and, in Tortoro, Madureira & Ragazzi Advogados, he focuses his practice on defending the interests of national and foreign clients, in the consultative and strategic litigation spheres, specializing in highly complex issues involving civil law , banking, consumer, business and civil procedure, covering a wide range of topics, such as corporate disputes, civil liability, commercial contracts, consumer relations, bankruptcy and judicial recovery of companies.
In litigation practice, he has experience in conducting appeals before the Courts at all levels.
