Suzana Maria Pimenta Catta Preta Federighi holds a PhD and Master Degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC/SP). She holds a Law Degree from the University of São Paulo (USP). She also has a Specialization in International Law from the University of São Paulo (USP).

Professor of undergraduate courses (Consumer Relations Law) and Graduate courses (Consumer Relations Law and Consumer Contracts), at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC/SP), since 1988.

She is a retired São Paulo State Attorney, having worked for 28 years at the State Attorney’s Office where, among other responsibilities, she was Head of the 1st Sub-attorney’s Office of the Judicial Office of the Attorney General’s Office of the State of São Paulo (Litigation), between 2003 and 2007. She is a founding member and was a professor at the Escola Superior da Procuradoria Geral do Estado de São Paulo until 2007. She worked as a Legal Consultant for the Secretary of Education of the State of São Paulo, between 2007 and 2011. She also worked as a Legal Consultant for the Secretary of Health of the State of São Paulo, between 2011 and 2012, as well as Legal Consultant of the Secretary of Justice of the State of São Paulo, between 2012 and 2018.

He was Head of the Legal Consultancy of the Secretariat of Justice and Defense of Citizenship (2017-2018).
