Roberta Cristina Paganini Toledo has a PhD in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC/SP) and a Master’s degree in Comparative Civil Law from the same University. She has a degree in Law and Business Administration from the Toledo Education Institution (ITE).

Dean of the Bauru University Center – Toledo Education Institution (ITE), Roberta is the academic coordinator of the Master’s and Doctorate program – constitutional system of guaranteeing rights – at the Bauru University Center – Toledo Education Institution (ITE). She is a researcher at the Research Center for Global Governance at the University of Salamanca and a guest professor on the Medicine course at the Albert Einstein Israeli Faculty of Health Sciences, as well as a guest professor on the Lato Sensu postgraduate course in Bioethics at Albert Einstein – Israeli Institute of de Teaching and Research and the Master’s Degree in Teaching at Albert Saúde Einstein – Instituto Israelita de Ensino e Pesquisa. She is Director of International Relations, as well as the São Paulo Lawyers Institute Magazine.

Roberta is the author of co-authored articles, among others: Right to Housing and vulnerability: considerations on the effects of COVID-19 and the allegation of non-compliance with fundamental precept no. 828 (2022). The Right to a dignified life and death – COVID-19 Pandemic (2021). The importance of transparency and the principle of publicity for good governance and the fight against fake news during the pandemic and the improvement of good administration (2020) and Reorganizing the right to education for children and adolescents through the triad: pandemic X cyberculture (2020).
