Caio Medici Madureira has been a partner of Tortoro, Madureira & Ragazzi Advogados since 2012. His practice area deals with the management and custody of the following sectors’ processes: banking, specifically commercial and investment banking, as well as brokerage, food, gas and tire industries. In addition to third sector and retail. Madureira has broad experience in managing and leading large-sized law firms, as well as in carrying out due diligence, managing risks and provisioning new legal portfolios. He is also able to prepare contracts and legal opinions. Madureira is an expert in the advisory and litigation area for civil and labor law, with broad experience participating in several collective negotiations along with unions and with demands involving the Labor Prosecution Office, as well as in hearings and oral arguments at courts.
He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP), a Graduate Degree in Civil Procedure from PUC/SP-COGEAE and is a Specialist in Corporate Law from Escola de Direito de São Paulo da Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV/SP). Madureira was also recognized by Anuário Análise Advocacia 500 as one of Brazil’s most revered attorneys in the area of Consumer Law and the food, banking, building materials and decoration sectors.
