Christianne Flaquer Fernandes has extensive experience in the areas of Law related to business and financial activities, with emphasis on Judicial Recovery and Bankruptcy, Credit Recovery, Contracts, Banking Law, Civil Law and Civil Litigation. In addition to expertise in handling highly complex cases, her skills extend to portfolio management, negotiation and drafting of agreements and leadership of multi-professional teams.
