Clovis Montani Mola has extensive experience in managing the credit recovery portfolio, both in the judicial sphere, especially Middle and Retail, and in the extrajudicial sphere, focused on the real estate portfolio of renowned construction companies and financial institutions. Clovis demonstrates excellent results in reducing defaults and achieving established goals.
In addition to leading the Civil Litigation team, Clovis holds meetings with clients and actively participates in lectures and workshops. His responsibilities include preparing management reports and conducting specific projects of interest to companies, including due diligence.
Among his various duties, Clovis provides advice to clients on essential legal issues, issuing opinions to solve problems and assisting in planning goals and objectives.
