Nestor dos Santos Saragiotto has been a partner of Tortoro, Madureira & Ragazzi Advogados, practicing in the Labor Law area from our firm branch in Campinas. He is widely experienced in the Litigation and Advisory areas for Labor and Civil Law. He headed the Office of Superintendence of a  State of São Paulo autarchy and acted as personnel manager, labor relations manager, regional attorney and head of civil and labor litigation for a large utility company (electricity supplier). He is a former partner of one of Brazil’s highly acclaimed law firms. Saragiotto also served as Administrative Director of the Union of Attorneys of Campinas, SP, and as an alternate member of the Tax Council of ABRADEE (Brazilian Association of Electricity Utility Companies).

Acting as a Guest Professor, he gave Labor Law and Procedural Law classes for the Graduate Degree program (in-company) promoted by ITE Bauru.

Saragiotto obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in 1979 from PUC-Campinas. He also has a Graduate Degree in Civil Procedural Law from the same institution, a Graduate Degree in Civil Law from Universidade Federal da Bahia and a Graduate Degree in Labor Law and Labor Procedural Law from Mackenzie.
