Thiago Carvalho Fonseca is specialized in Civil Procedure and Administrative Law from Faculdade de Direito de Ribeirão Preto da Universidade de São Paulo (FDRP/USP/SSSP). Currently, he is in the process of completing his master’s degree at Instituição Toledo de Ensino (ITE), expected to be completed by the end of 2024.
With a professional career of more than a decade at Tortoro, Madureira & Ragazzi Advogados, Thiago plays leadership roles in the area of Energy Law, demonstrating his dedication and expertise in this field.
His vast experience covers both the consultancy and strategic litigation aspects, with a focus on the areas of Administrative Law, Public Law, Regulatory Law, and Electricity Law.
